How to Connect Your GoIP 4

GoIP 4 is the first device model in the SUVO rollout. Initial setup and channel validation are separate stages. This guide covers registering on SUVO, requesting the inbound voice channels you plan to activate, configuring the gateway, bringing SIM cards online, the 5-day validation and dashboard monitoring.

Before you start

SUVO is a B2B platform for inbound channel hosting. Your GoIP 4 gateway and SIM cards stay at your location. In this first rollout, SUVO activates inbound voice only; do not configure or test outbound calls or SMS. SMS requires a separate, device-specific acceptance test before it can be enabled. You earn a fixed daily rate for each approved card that stays available (≥95% uptime/day). A day below the 95% availability threshold receives no provider payout.

Have these ready:

  • A GoIP 4 gateway with its original power adapter and antennas. Other GoIP models are not covered by this first-run guide; check device compatibility with support before configuring them.
  • Your SIM cards with an active plan, used in line with your mobile operator’s terms.
  • A stable internet connection and a free Ethernet port on your router. Required upload and download capacity depends on the codec and number of simultaneous calls. Ask support to confirm the requirements for your configuration. A wired connection is strongly preferred over WiFi for stable channel availability.
  • A laptop or PC with a web browser and an Ethernet cable.
A note on menu names

Menu labels below follow the manufacturer’s GoIP user manual. Depending on model and firmware, labels can differ slightly (for example “Configuration” vs “Configurations”). If something doesn’t match your screen, contact SUVO support with your model and firmware version.

1

Register on SUVO

Create your partner account at suvo.one/dashboard with Email or Telegram. Any verification requirements will be communicated during onboarding. You’ll use the partner dashboard to follow your channels, their status and earnings, and to submit payout requests.

2

Submit a channel request

In the dashboard, choose GoIP 4 and request the exact ports you plan to activate. SUVO reviews the request and then issues separate SIP credentials for every approved port. Contact support if you want to discuss current regional demand before you start.

3

Power up and network the GoIP

  1. Screw on all antennas before powering up.
  2. Connect the GoIP’s LAN port to your router with an Ethernet cable. By factory default the LAN port gets its IP address automatically (DHCP) from your router.
  3. Connect the power adapter supplied with the device. The Power LED lights up; give the gateway a minute or two to boot.

Place the gateway where mobile signal is good (for example near a window), with space around it for ventilation.

4

Open the web admin

The easiest way for a first login is through the GoIP’s PC port, which has the factory IP address 192.168.8.1:

  1. Connect your computer to the GoIP’s PC port with an Ethernet cable.
  2. Set your computer’s network adapter to a static IP in the same range, for example 192.168.8.2, mask 255.255.255.0.
  3. Open http://192.168.8.1 in your browser.
  4. Log in with the administrator account. Factory default is user admin, password admin.

Alternatively, find the IP address your router gave the LAN port (in the router’s DHCP client list) and open that address from any computer on your network.

Change the default password

Change the admin password right away (Tools › Change Password in the web admin). Your gateway is connected to the internet, and factory passwords are a common way devices get compromised.

5

Configure each GoIP 4 port

Each GoIP 4 port (line) registers separately with SUVO over SIP so that inbound calls can reach it. In the web admin go to Configuration › Basic VoIP.

  1. For each approved port, enter 81.17.140.198:5060 in both SIP Proxy and SIP Registrar. Enter the unique credentials issued by SUVO support for that exact port in Authentication ID and Password.
  2. If each port has its own credentials, choose the mode in which each line registers separately (in the GoIP manual: Config by Line). Enter and verify the credentials for every line individually; do not assume automatically copied or incremented credentials match those issued by SUVO.
  3. Save. After about 30 seconds, open Status › Summary: the VoIP column should show Y (registered) for each line that has a working SIM.

Make sure every channel accepts incoming mobile calls: under Configuration › Call IN, CALL IN via GSM should be set to Enable for each channel. Keep all outgoing GSM call and SMS functions disabled. Apply only the voice settings issued for the approved port, and leave other settings at their defaults unless support tells you otherwise.

6

Insert your SIM cards

Switch off power to the SIM slots before inserting or removing a card: either unplug the gateway, or turn off the channel’s GSM module in the web admin. The GoIP manual is explicit about this.

  1. Insert one SIM per slot, in the orientation shown on the device.
  2. If a card has a PIN, either remove the PIN beforehand in a phone, or enter it under Configuration › SIM › Unlock PIN1 for that channel.
  3. Power the gateway back on. On most models a channel LED blinks fast while it looks for the network and slowly once it is registered.

In Status › Summary, each working channel should show Y under SIM (card recognized) and GSM (registered to the mobile network).

7

Check your channels in the dashboard

Your dashboard shows the status and earnings recorded for each channel. Every card you want to earn from should show as online and available. If the dashboard asks for a device identifier such as the serial number, you’ll find it in the GoIP web admin (on most firmware under Status › General). If a card is missing or offline, see Troubleshooting below.

8

5-day validation

Before your channel enters the active pool, SUVO runs a 5-day validation: an automated check of inbound voice reachability, voice quality and connection stability. Passing confirms that the channel can enter the active pool; it does not increase the fixed daily rate. SMS is not part of this first GoIP 4 validation. Keep the device online while the review is in progress.

9

Channel goes live

Once validated, your channel is activated for inbound voice traffic from business clients. You earn the fixed daily rate for each card that stays available (≥95% uptime/day); the monitoring dashboard shows status and earnings per channel. Any SMS capability requires a separate approval and is not enabled by this guide.

10

Request a payout

Weekly payout requests start from $10 in USDT or USDC and are reviewed manually while automatic weekly payouts are planned.

Double-check the payout details you enter before submitting a request; a transfer sent to wrong details generally cannot be reversed.

Why availability matters

SUVO pays a fixed daily rate for availability, not for call minutes or SMS volume. A card qualifies on a given day when it is available at least 95% of the day, which leaves roughly 72 minutes of downtime per day. A day below the 95% availability threshold receives no provider payout.

Rates currently range from roughly $0.45–0.90 per card per day, depending on country and demand. The rate tiers used by the earnings calculator on the SUVO homepage:

Countries (live calculator)Per card / day≈ Per card / 30-day month
China, Hong Kong, USA$0.90$27
UAE, United Kingdom, Germany$0.75$22.50
Turkey, Poland$0.60$18
Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Kazakhstan$0.52$15.60
Portugal, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Nigeria$0.45$13.50

These figures are estimates, not guaranteed. Rates depend on country and demand and can change. Contact support to discuss current regional demand.

Example: 8 cards at $0.45/day equal about $108 for a 30-day month before days that do not meet the availability threshold.

Simple habits that protect availability:

  • Use a wired connection, and put the gateway and router on a UPS if power cuts are common where you are.
  • Keep every SIM’s plan active: track expiry dates and renew on time.
  • Check the dashboard daily and fix an offline card the same day.
  • Don’t move or unplug the gateway without a reason.

Availability depends on carrier rules, network conditions, and local compliance requirements. More in Why SUVO Uses Inbound-Only Traffic.

Troubleshooting

A port does not register (VoIP shows N)

  • Check the SIP server and port. SIP Proxy and SIP Registrar must match the server and port issued for your approved channel request exactly. A missing :port is a common mistake: without it the gateway uses the standard SIP port 5060.
  • Check credentials. Authentication ID and Password must match what was issued for that exact port.
  • Check the mobile side first. If a channel’s GSM status is N, its VoIP registration is disabled; fix the SIM/GSM issue first.
  • Check the network. In the web admin, Tools › Ping Test to the SUVO server address confirms the gateway can reach it. The current time shown in the web admin is also a quick sign the gateway is online.
  • Check NAT and firewall. The gateway is usually behind your router’s NAT. Make sure the router or any firewall allows outgoing traffic to the SUVO server and port. Avoid double NAT (two routers in a chain) where you can, and don’t set a very long re-register period.

A card shows offline

  • SIM column N (card not recognized): power off the slot, reseat the card and check it isn’t damaged.
  • PIN: if the card has a PIN and it isn’t entered under Configuration › SIM, the card won’t register.
  • GSM column N (not registered): check signal. Status › Summary shows RSSI for each channel on a scale of 0–31; 99 means the signal is unknown or absent. Check the antenna is attached, try a better spot, and make sure the network technology your GoIP uses (for example 2G on classic models) is still offered by your operator in your area.
  • Plan and balance: make sure the SIM’s plan is active and hasn’t expired or been suspended. Check with your operator if unsure.

Still stuck? Contact SUVO support via the contact form or WhatsApp, and include your GoIP model, firmware version and a screenshot of Status › Summary.
